I havn't posted for quite a while now. Sorry. I have been reading quite a few books in the past few weeks. First notable, 'Johnathon Strange and Mr Norrel'. A good (if brick-like) read, and gripping to the end. Secondly, 'Brave New World' by Aldeus Huxly (I have definatly spelt that incorectly - damn dyslexia). BNW was a facinating book, and I read in two nights it was so good. A facinating look at the idea of Utopia, as well as civilisation. I did quite like the society as everyone was happy (plusgood Mr JS Mill), but not to a high level of happiness (non-good Mr J Bentham). I have also been playing quite a few PC games, notably Half Life 2 (!), Rome: Total War (!) and Dawn of War (short). All good fun. I will be 18 on the 5th of December, and think I will go to Cribbs Causeway on the 4th with Mum and my Grandmother. Should be fun, as I would quite like a new dressing gown, as well as an mp3 player. I have been posting quite a bit on the PC Gamer forum, mostly in the 'Real World' bit, under the name 'Hubris'. I have become good friends with Mustafa J-----, an Anglo-Iraqi Boy at my school. I am trying to convince him to take up Classical Civ. at AS level, but his parents want him to be a Docter. I may post again sometime, probably in a Business Studies Lesson. Ciao!!!
